- Ask your question or submit your complaint by using in-app customer support. Our customer support team will resolve the issue in a quick and efficient manner;
- Ask your question or submit your complaint by sending email to support@mobilepokerclub.com. Please describe your question with all details you have and we will come back to you within 72 hours.
If you are not satisfied with the resolution offered by Mobile Poker Club, you can send your complaint to our licensing authority, Curaçao eGaming Commission.
